Employer Description Our client is a Food Manufacturing Company based in Cape Town Job Description Our client who is based in Cape Town has an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their club in the capacity of a QA Technologist. The successful incumbant will be responsible for the following: Implement and verify best practices continuously in line with the company Food Service Management System Implement, review, and maintain quality control checks, sampling, and interpretation/trending to routinely evaluate the performance Conduct/oversee internal training sessions with the staff ensuring compliance with related quality principles. Develop schedule and perform internal audits Maintain all documents and records according to the company Document Management System (DMS) Stock control of PPE and Consumables to always ensure sufficient stock Ensuring compliance with external auditing requirements and assisting with gathering required records during audits Conduct, interpret and trend routine micro swabbing to verify cleaning efficacy (allergens, micro and pathogens). Other related duties Qualifications Matriculation BSc Food Science or related Qualification Skills 1 - 2 years' technical experience in an FMCG environment Attention to detail
