ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Extensive Agile Master working experience (BMW experience)
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban

• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Strong organizational and time management skills

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• Understanding of SAP HCM modules as used by BMW German Language skills are a bonus.
• Excellent usage of MS Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of AI tools
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience in data-driven decision making and analytics

POSITION INFO

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders. Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains. Define, request, track and, if necessary, escalate the required resources (incl. skills, capacity). Implement the product vision and roadmap. Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables. Adhere to the Agile Working Methodology Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain and content-wise steering of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings, etc. Determine acceptance criteria/definition of done and evaluate the developed product scope, decision regarding release or rework in the product backlog. Identify improvements to the Product Owner regarding the Product Owner hierarchy, including the Feature Teams as well as all relevant internal functions at BMW and external partners, if necessary. Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains. Soft Skills Ability to interpret Business requirements and move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation. Take consultative approach to challenge customers' requested solution design, should a better alternative exist.
