Hello… an exciting new opportunity has become available in our Hollard Insure Division. We are looking to recruit a Legal Specialist.

At Hollard, we don’t just process claims, we actively manage risk, protect value, and ensure fair outcomes. We are looking for a Legal Specialist who brings strong legal expertise, commercial thinking, and disciplined execution to manage complex claims, recoveries, and litigation processes.

What You’ll Do

Claims Management & Recoveries

• Process recovery claims efficiently
• Conduct viability and cost benefit assessments
• Interpret policy wording accurately

Litigation & Legal Oversight

• Assess when litigation is appropriate
• Draft legal documentation including summons
• Manage attorneys and external legal partners

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Maintain data integrity and financial accuracy
• Track claims performance and turnaround times
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Deliver strong customer service
• Manage queries and resolve complaints
• Build relationships with stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Contribute to best practices and team knowledge sharing
