Our client, a global leader in financial and insurance services, seeks to employ a technically minded and client-focused

Data Integrations Specialist to join their growing Customer Success team.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role sits at the intersection of people, data and systems, acting as a key link between clients, internal technical teams and third-party companies. The successful candidate will coordinate and support the delivery of travel data integrations, ensuring information flows accurately, efficiently and in line with business requirements.

Please note this role is office-based and is not a hybrid or remote position.

POSITION INFO

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have proven experience in a customer success, implementation, operations, analytics, business analysis, project management technical support or systems coordination environment. You will be technically minded with a strong interest in how systems integrate and exchange data. You will have experience analysing structured data, validating outputs and investigating data-related issues. You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will have experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders. You will have exposure to data integrations, APIs, XML, JSON, GDS platforms, Jira or similar technologies, although this is advantageous rather than essential. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify root causes and coordinate effective resolutions. You will be comfortable documenting integration configurations, data behaviour and technical findings in a clear and concise manner. You will have an understanding of data protection, compliance and information security principles.
