Petwings Intermediate Pet Travel Consultant – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Petwings apprentice, you'll be training on the job to support pet travel logistics — including organizing flights, pet paperwork, liaising with clients, and coordinating pet pick-ups/deliveries. You will:

• Work with a professional team that cares deeply about animals
• Contribute to real pet relocations — making a difference in pets’ and families’ lives
• Learn every aspect of international pet travel and logistics
• Participate in a rewarding, long-term career path

What We’re Looking For

• Completed college studies in Travel & Tourism or Imports & Exports / Logistics - alternatively 5 years practical experience
• Live within 20 km of Kempton Park (for convenient commute)
• Have reliable own transport to get to work on time
• Strong communication and customer-service skills — we speak to pet owners under varying levels of stress and need to put them at ease
• A caring attitude towards animals, plus strong attention to detail (because pets are counting on us!)
• Eagerness to learn — we provide full on-the-job training
