Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing operation in the Western Cape. This role is responsible for supervising daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe, efficient plant operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring all production equipment, packaging lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure are maintained to the highest operational and food safety standards. Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams, you will drive preventative maintenance initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues, and support continuous improvement projects across the facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled leader with strong problem-solving abilities and experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Trade Tested Millwright/Electrician/Fitter
• National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Within a food manufacturing environment
• Candidates must be residing in the Western Cape
