Our client, a well-established player within the building construction sector, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Gauteng team. This role requires a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction sites simultaneously
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, programme, and quality standards
  • Manage contractual and commercial aspects of projects
  • Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Monitor construction programming, cost reporting, and project performance
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting
  • Manage project risks, claims, and dispute resolution processes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Building or Civil Engineering
  • SACPCMP Professional Registration as a Construction Manager (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 10 years post-registration experience
  • Extensive construction industry experience on building projects
  • Proven ability to manage between 1–3 sites concurrently
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • Willingness to travel extensively between project sites

  • CCS
  • BuildSmart
  • SharePoint
