Operations Engineer Expert (Cloud - native operations + Kubernetes platform + Observability engineering + GitOps automation + CI/

Abalobi Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer (Expert) to join a globally integrated DevOps and Operations Engineering environment. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled operations professional with deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, GitOps, observability, and enterprise-scale operational support.

You will play a critical role in supporting production monitoring, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring solutions that power large-scale industrial and manufacturing environments globally.

• Incident, Change, and Problem Management support
• Setup and maintain CI, CD and GitOps pipelines
• Setup and maintain deployments
• Kubernetes deployment and configuration management
• Monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
• Support and implement worldwide rollout projects (migration from legacy systems to modern platforms)
• Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Estimation, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support existing DevOps and operational solutions
• Ensure operational stability and observability across enterprise systems
• Maintain and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and automation solutions

• Minimum 12+ years working experience in IT Operations / DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Relevant IT Degree / Diploma or equivalent work experience
