Insure Adviser

High-Net-Worth Client Adviser with relevant Short Term Insurance qualifications (NQF4 / NQF5 and RE5) and 5-10 years’ Personal Lines sales and portfolio management experience, required to sell Short Term Personal Lines Insurance Products and service High-Net-Worth Clients, for an FSP based in Sandton.

Responsibilities:

• Client face to face meetings, if necessary, at the office or away from the office
• Aggressive selling of short-term products specialising in personal lines
• Handling client queries
• Underwriting Management: the daily underwriting process preparing renewals, Sourcing acceptance terms
• Recording details and information on relevant systems
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Bridging the gap between the office and insurance companies
• Maintaining a good working relationship with insurers
• Reporting
• Manage client retention
• Understanding policy wording and various products
• Relevant work experience in Short term insurance – personal lines
• Quotations for clients
• Follow up on lead
• Help building a client base
• Policy renewals
• Advising clients on their short-term insurance needs

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric essential
• NQF Level 4/5 Certificate in Short term insurance essential
• DOFA confirmation from FSCA essential
• RE5 essential
• 5-10 years relevant experience in Short term insurance – Personal Lines (essential)
• Strong sales and marketing experience
• Own transport essential
