Financial Manager – Motor Industry | Vredenburg, Western Cape

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group in Vredenburg, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the full finance function across a high-performing dealership environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong motor industry experience who enjoys operating in a fast-paced dealership environment and partnering closely with leadership teams.

Oversee the full financial operations of the dealership

Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders

Drive financial process improvements and operational efficiencies

Lead and mentor the finance team

Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Proven Financial Manager experience within the motor industry

Strong dealership financial and operational understanding

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Valid driver’s licence

Clear criminal and credit record

Up to R90,000 CTC per month

Provident Fund + Medical Aid

Incentive / Commission structure
