Junior Construction Foreman

A residential developing & construction company situated in Paarl is seeking a skilled Junior Construction Foreman to assist the Site Manager with the building site. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual residing in the Winelands area, with strong leadership and organizational skills to contribute to our team.

• Coordinate and supervise construction from inception to completion according to NHBRC standards.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors, labour teams, and site logistics
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve challenges that arise during the construction process
• Effective management of time, and resources to meet goals and deadlines.
• Regular progress reporting
• Monitor material requirements and report any shortfalls.

• 5+ years' experience of assisting with managing a site from inception to completion
• Extensive knowledge of NHBRC standards
• Valid driver’s license

A market-related remuneration package in accordance with experience, will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.

Presidence will be given to candidates within the Winelands area.
