Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our client’s finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, business performance tracking, and decision support. The successful candidate will play an active role in analysing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets with accurate data
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis
• Monitor company performance and key financial metrics
• Assist with cost and profitability analysis
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial information
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal controls and policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or analysis (internships included)
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
