Financial Manager

Our client in the Automotive Industry, requires the services of a Financial Manager to join their team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the motor industry.

Key performance areas

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the dealership.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

The successful candidate must have

• Matric with an Advance Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance or a relevant qualification
• Must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in a Financial Management role
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager within the motor industry
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must have a driver’s licence and own reliable transport
