Finance Manager

An established multi-site services group requires a Finance Manager CA(SA), to support financial strategy and execution within a holding company structure focused on growth through acquisitions. This role suits an experienced finance professional from a high-pressure, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities include supporting M&A evaluation and integration, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, analytics-led insights, risk management, and leading the finance team. The role also supports strong financial controls and provides support to the executive team.

Requirements: CA(SA) with 5+ years post-articles experience, exposure to a decentralised or holding company environment with acquisition and integration experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Experience in annuity-revenue or similar operating models will be advantageous.
