24 Solutions Technology (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company stores, stock control, procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all company stores and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Monitor stock receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Manage procurement and supplier coordination.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for projects.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution of stock to project sites.
• Manage company assets and equipment tracking.
• Generate inventory, procurement, and logistics reports.
• Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and stock management procedures.
• Support operational teams with material planning and allocation.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or Stock Control.
• Minimum 3 years' experience within the Telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience managing stores, warehouses, and inventory control systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using inventory management and ERP systems.
• Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Advantageous Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing telecommunications equipment, materials, and project logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and asset tracking platforms.
