Role Description
This full-time, on-site Teacher role is based in Cape Town. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with developmental goals, fostering a positive and nurturing classroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include lesson planning, delivering educational activities, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing and tracking student progress, and providing feedback to parents or guardians. Participation in training initiatives to improve teaching methods and foster ongoing professional growth is also a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate educational activities.
- Strong understanding of Education principles and Teaching practices.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to lead both Teaching and Training initiatives to enhance the learning experience.
- Passion for early childhood education and fostering growth in young learners.
- National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or equivalent expertise is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
