  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and grows monthly revenue.
  • Meet with potential clients to introduce and make sure that the client understands. ALL that we offer that can address their needs, at the same time teaching new sales representatives in the business,
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Ensure that company sales KPI’s are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Host a weekly sales meeting for each of your branches.
  • Attend monthly national sales catch up.
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting. Also ensure that this is in line with company objectives and consistent nationally.
  • Generate sales into high value accounts and set target lists accordingly
  • 5 – 10+ years in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations

(20% Commission on the branch monthly commission total above threshold (thresholds vary from branch to branch)
