Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating with potential clients, and managing leads. Day-to-day tasks include warm calling to book leads, responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude, and ensuring all appointments are accurately documented and followed up as needed.

Qualifications/Experience

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Lead Generation
• 2-3 Years Call centre/Inside sales experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and scheduling software is an advantage
