Finance Transformation Manager

We’re hiring a Finance Transformation Manager for one of our UK clients, a market-leading recruitment business.

This role will lead a major finance and systems transformation programme, including migrating a legacy accounting system to Xero, integrating finance systems with a new CRM and reporting hub, and taking ownership of the finance function post-implementation. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and scalability across UK and South African operations.

• Leading the migration to Xero, including data, systems, and process alignment
• Overseeing integration with CRM and reporting systems
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting and UK compliance
• Managing month-end, reconciliations, and finance operations post-implementation
• Coordinating internal teams, vendors, and project delivery timelines
• Acting as the key link between UK and South African stakeholders
• Supporting and guiding the finance team through system and process change

• Proven Xero implementation or migration experience (essential)
• Strong finance/accounting background with hands-on operational experience
• Experience managing systems or transformation projects
• Understanding of UK financial regulations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation ability
