Finance Transformation Manager

We’re hiring a Finance Transformation Manager for one of our UK clients, a market-leading recruitment business.
This role will lead a major finance and systems transformation programme, including migrating a legacy accounting system to Xero, integrating finance systems with a new CRM and reporting hub, and taking ownership of the finance function post-implementation. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and scalability across UK and South African operations.
- Leading the migration to Xero, including data, systems, and process alignment
- Overseeing integration with CRM and reporting systems
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting and UK compliance
- Managing month-end, reconciliations, and finance operations post-implementation
- Coordinating internal teams, vendors, and project delivery timelines
- Acting as the key link between UK and South African stakeholders
- Supporting and guiding the finance team through system and process change
- Proven Xero implementation or migration experience (essential)
- Strong finance/accounting background with hands-on operational experience
- Experience managing systems or transformation projects
- Understanding of UK financial regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation ability
