The resource will be expected to deliver:
- Provision of technical administration and operational support services across Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion HCM, and associated platforms
- Management and monitoring of system environments, including performance optimisation and stability
- Execution of system upgrades, patching, and quarterly release activities
- Resolution of technical incidents and service requests, including root cause analysis
- Support for integrations, interfaces, and middleware to ensure continuity of business processes
- Provision of technical support during critical business processing periods
- Administration of security, access controls, and authentication mechanisms
- Development and maintenance of technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge sharing and skills transfer to internal teams to ensure capability building and continuity of support
- Adherence to governance, security, and change management processes.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
At least eight (8) years’ experience as an Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) technical resource in a project and/or support environment.
Proven experience with:
- Oracle EBS Open Interfaces
- Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- REST APIs
- Data conversions and integrations
- Strong capability to design, architect, and develop technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of quality assurance, testing, and release management practices.
- Good understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated client orientation, problem‑solving ability, decision‑making, time management, and teamwork.

This is a 1 year contract with a possibility of an Extension.
