Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Centurion. The responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, managing staff across multiple locations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving operational efficiency. The role involves setting and achieving performance targets, leading operational teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for sustained business growth. Frequent collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Operations management, process optimization, and performance monitoring expertise
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain management
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in operational software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the retail or construction materials industry is an advantage
