We’re looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join Shorza as Resourcers in our Cape Town team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about recruitment, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You’ll be part of a high-growth BPO business operating at the intersection of recruitment, AI, automation, and operational delivery, with full training provided on our internal systems and proprietary recruitment technology.

• Sourcing and identifying candidates across multiple platforms and databases
• Screening (Calibre) and engaging candidates in a professional and structured way
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows in internal systems
• Supporting recruiters and delivery teams with pipeline and administrative coordination
• Using internal AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and recruitment systems daily
• Managing candidate communications, scheduling, and process updates
• Ensuring recruitment data is accurate, up to date, and well maintained
• Supporting continuous improvement of sourcing workflows and operational processes
• Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Completed tertiary qualification (degree or diploma)
• Strong administrative and organisational ability
• Comfortable working with systems, technology, and digital tools
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern recruitment technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and process accuracy
• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Advantageous skills and experience

• Previous recruitment, sourcing, customer service, or admin experience
• Exposure to ATS, CRM, or recruitment systems
• Interest in technology-enabled business operations
