About Our Client
Our client is a global high-tech engineering group that provides equipment, tools, services, and digital solutions for the manufacturing, mining, and infrastructure industries. The company specializes in areas like metal cutting and machining, rock excavation, and rock processing, with a focus on improving customer productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
Duties
They are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to work within the galvanising team to load & unload materials. The successful candidate will be required work from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, and be responsible for the below duties:
- Loading and unloading galvanised steel approximately 4-5tn
- Working with unpalletised, ugly freight
- Working in a manufacturing yard
Requirements
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Forklift ticket + experience
- Experience loading & unloading unpalletised freight
- Physically fit to handle physical requirements of the role
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug & Alcohol
