Key Responsibilities
Execute daily field sales activity to maximise territory coverage
Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Present technical product solutions that deliver customer value
Submit accurate quotes, orders, and forecasts within required timeframes
Communicate pricing structures and increases with confidence and authority
Maintain disciplined CRM, reporting, and pipeline management
Participate in sales meetings, performance reviews, and product training
Desired Experience & Qualification
Industry Knowledge & Sales Focus
Minimum 3+ years proven external sales experience in one of the following sectors:
Construction
Strong commercial understanding of the construction market
Proven experience selling sealants, adhesives, bonding and plastering agents
Property Development
Guttering
Glass & Glazing
Waterproofing
Cold Room & Refrigeration
Paint Contractors
Woodworking & Carpentry
DIY / Hardware Retail
Solid track record selling into the DIY and hardware retail sector
Experience driving volume sales of sealants, adhesives, bonding and plastering agents
Ability to secure listings, grow shelf space, and increase turnover
Chemical
Strong knowledge of the chemical industry
Anti-foams
Emulsions
Foam Control Agents
Silicone Fluids (application knowledge advantageous)
Industrial
Hygiene & Cleaning
Food & Beverage chemical environments
