RSC is looking for a high-potential operations professional to join our team and fast-track into a Junior Regional Manager role. This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity in a fast-paced warehousing & supply chain environment.

What you’ll do

• Support multi-site warehouse & logistics operations
• Work closely with regional leadership
• Drive performance, efficiency & process improvements

What we’re looking for

• Postgraduate qualification (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business)
• 2–5 years’ operations or warehouse experience
• Strong ambition to grow into senior leadership
• Willingness to work long hours & travel
