Mechanical Supervisor

• Manage mechanical systems and equipment on project including planning, execution and monitoring
• Supervise and guide mechanical engineers and technicians
• Implement and monitor preventative and correct maintenance schedules
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Implement adherence to safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with all department to align mechanical operations with broader goals
• Ensure work quality meets standard and regulatory requirements
• Mentoring team members on best practices
• Provide guidance and training to team members
• Applying good document control of system performance, mechanical activities and incidents

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical supervision withing the construction and solar industry
• CMRP/OSHA certificate advantage
• Valid driver's license (Code 10/14), willingness to travel when required
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Familiarity with computer-aided design software
• HIRA Training
• Construction Regulation Training
• OHS Act Training
• Legal Laibility Training
• Incident and Accident Investigation Training
