Stock Controller - Parts

Stock controller with minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably dealing with engines and engine parts AND a valid Forklift License, required for an Import and Distribution Company based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Control the entire stock cycle
• Receiving stock, physically
• Processing GRN on Syspro
• Binning
• Picking, packing and arranging delivery of stock
• Running sales order reports
• Picking to sales order and invoicing
• Maintenance of order and tidiness of warehouse and general housekeeping
• Relationship management with suppliers to resolve problems
• Liaise with freighters and customers
• Cycle counts and stocktakes
• Reporting on stock

Minimum requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a stock control position, working with systems and physical stock essential
• Forklift License essential
• Driver’s License essential
• Excel and ERP (Syspro) knowledge required
• Experience in controlling full stock cycle, from receiving of goods to delivery to clients, required
