· Key Responsibilities

· Assisting walk-in customers and handling enquiries

· Internal sales and customer support

· Following up on quotations and leads

· Assisting the sales team with daily admin

· Building strong customer relationships

· Handling phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally

· Capturing orders and maintaining accurate records

· Supporting day-to-day office operations

Requirements

· Basic computer skills

· Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans

· Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential

· Valid driver’s license is beneficial

· Own transport
