German Speaker

We are looking for C1–C2 German and English speakers to join a Customer Service team supporting an international online retail client in Umhlanga, South Africa.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment while experiencing life in one of South Africa's most vibrant coastal locations.

You will support customers by providing high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience across different communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Provide professional and solution-oriented support in German and English
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain service quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

• C1–C2 German and English
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working on-site in Umhlanga
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
