Learning Designer with a Bachelors’ Degree in Instructional Design / Educational Technology or similar and minimum 7 years relevant experience in instructional design learning and development, required to create and design learning experiences and crafting hybrid learning programs for a FinTech Company based in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hybrid learning solutions, integrating in-person and digital experiences
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered, engaging and effective content
  • Develop comprehensive learning objectives, course materials and assessment tools to meet training needs
  • Leverage cutting-edge educational technologies and multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences
  • Adapt learning materials to accommodate diverse audiences, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility
  • Assess and improve training programs, incorporating feedback and analyzing performance data
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment with goals.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree essential – Instructional Design / Educational Technology or similar
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Instructional Design and learning and development required
  • Expertise in instructional design theories, methodologies and learning techniques required
  • Proven track record in designing and developing learning solutions tailored for adult learners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects required
  • Background in creating training solutions for the Financial Sectors, Retail Sector or similar industries required
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital authoring tools required
  • Experience in developing, designing and delivering leadership programs required
