The Role

We're looking for a Lighting & Digital Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around production gear and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Assist with lighting and digital gear preparation
• Handle quoting, invoicing, and client liaison (strong admin skills required)
• Support clients with equipment selection and setup
• Maintain, test, and manage gear to a high standard
• Provide technical support across lighting and camera systems

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• Cape Town based
• Industry experience in film/photography/production
• Hands-on knowledge of lighting and digital gear
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and a team-focused mindset
• Valid driver's licence
