This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative specializing in Chemical Sales, located in Boksburg.
Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing technical product expertise, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will collaborate with various teams to find tailored solutions for client needs, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support. Additionally, tracking sales performance and market trends will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of chemical products and applications, with the ability to provide detailed technical expertise to clients.
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in the chemical or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to convey value to diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite to track and manage sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the chemical industry or technical sales would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
