Junior HR Consultant

A leading HR Consultancy, based in Pretoria East is looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join their team as soon as possible.

The following would be key responsibilities that the candidate will primarily be responsible for:

  • Skills Development Submissions to the SETA’s
  • Employment Equity analysis and submission
  • Communication to clients
  • Administration
  • Bit of background in Labour Law for Labour related issues with clients
  • Conduct of meetings with clients
  • Write clear, concise, and easily understandable reports.

Formal Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (HR Degree preferable, NQF Level 6 or higher)
  • Additional HR related qualifications and training will be advantageous
  • 4-6 years general HR Consulting experience in a similar environment

Skills

  • Sound knowledge of HR Administration
  • Sound knowledge of SA Related Laws and Regulations, within the SA context:
  • Skills Development Act (incl QCTO, SETA’s, Skills Funding options WSP and ATR Processes, etc)
  • Labour Lar Law (incl Disciplinary Procedures, CCMA, etc)
  • Employment Equity Act (incl EE compliance)
