Junior HR Consultant

A leading HR Consultancy, based in Pretoria East is looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join their team as soon as possible.
The following would be key responsibilities that the candidate will primarily be responsible for:
- Skills Development Submissions to the SETA’s
- Employment Equity analysis and submission
- Communication to clients
- Administration
- Bit of background in Labour Law for Labour related issues with clients
- Conduct of meetings with clients
- Write clear, concise, and easily understandable reports.
Formal Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification (HR Degree preferable, NQF Level 6 or higher)
- Additional HR related qualifications and training will be advantageous
- 4-6 years general HR Consulting experience in a similar environment
Skills
- Sound knowledge of HR Administration
- Sound knowledge of SA Related Laws and Regulations, within the SA context:
- Skills Development Act (incl QCTO, SETA’s, Skills Funding options WSP and ATR Processes, etc)
- Labour Lar Law (incl Disciplinary Procedures, CCMA, etc)
- Employment Equity Act (incl EE compliance)
