Frontend Software Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Software Developer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Centurion. The developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying web applications to meet user needs, creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces. This role entails writing clean, scalable, and reusable code while collaborating closely with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure the technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs, test and debug applications, and stay current with emerging trends and best practices in web development.

Main Duties

Design, develop, and maintain frontend user interfaces using Blazor and the Microsoft .NET stack

Translate business and design requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Ensure responsive, stable, and reliable user experiences across supported browsers and devices

Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend performance

Minimum requirements to apply

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

5+ years’ experience in .NET / C# development

Strong experience with Blazor (WebAssembly preferred) and component-based UI development

Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, Web API, MVC

Experience with DevExpress and/or MudBlazor

Familiar with Git/version control, basic CI/CD, and IIS environments

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
