Aesthetic Therapist

An aesthetic clinic is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments within a medical environment, possess excellent client-care skills, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Performing treatments on clients as per practice protocol
• Treatments and products recommendation
• Formulation of client skin journey
• Accurate knowledge of all products and treatments offered
• Stay up to date with latest trends and treatments in aesthetic field
• Post treatment communication & follow up with clients
• Relationship building with clients
• Ensure repeated and referred business from clients
• Working independently
• Problem solves effectively
• Attaining monthly sales targets
• Marketing initiatives
• Perform complimentary treatments for marketing purposes
• Stock management
• Maintain treatment room hygiene and equipment sterilization
• Accurate record keeping of patient files, consent forms & treatment records
• Supporting the reception and administration work where needed
• Attend industry events or conferences from time to time

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• A three-year diploma in somatology
• Advanced diploma in dermal aesthetics (advantage)
• A minimum of 2 years of Aesthetic Skincare experience.
• Applicants must reside near the work location
• Treatment Skills: Superficial to deep skin peels; Needling; Laser therapy; Facials
• Product Houses: Optiphi & Dermaceutic (advantage)

HOURS

• Tuesday – Saturday: 8h00 – 17h00
• Alternating Saturdays
