The successful candidate will support membership growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new partnership and business development opportunities.
  • Support membership recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain stakeholder databases and CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on partnership and membership activities.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Support marketing and communication initiatives related to partnerships and membership programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Provide general administrative support related to partnership and membership functions.

Desired Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, membership management, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • Experience building and managing professional relationships.
  • Exposure to stakeholder engagement, event coordination, or member services would be advantageous.
  • Experience using CRM systems or database management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
