- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new partnership and business development opportunities.
- Support membership recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Manage and maintain stakeholder databases and CRM systems.
- Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on partnership and membership activities.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives related to partnerships and membership programmes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
- Provide general administrative support related to partnership and membership functions.
Desired Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, membership management, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Experience building and managing professional relationships.
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement, event coordination, or member services would be advantageous.
- Experience using CRM systems or database management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
