Aesthetician | Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a driven and experienced Spa Manager for the West Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in the spa or aesthetics industry who is ready to take ownership of both operations and team performance in a luxury environment.

We use the latest FDA-approved technology and internationally renowned skincare brands, while ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train and motivate the team to consistently deliver 5-star service
• Drive service and retail sales to achieve monthly targets
• Manage stock, ordering and inventory effectively
• Handle client queries and ensure service recovery where needed
• Maintain company’s high standards of grooming, service and professionalism

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a management/leadership role within a spa, salon or aesthetics environment
• Recognised beauty/aesthetics qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC) preferred
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and team targets
• Strong knowledge of operations, stock control, and reporting
• Previous cruise ship or aesthetic medical environment experience advantageous

HOURS

• Monday to Saturday 9h00 – 20h00
• Shifts of either 9h00 – 18h00 | 10h00 – 19h00 | 11h00 - 20h00
• Sundays and Public Holidays: 9h00 – 18h00
