We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with clients and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to source and place quality candidates across various industries and job levels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Advertise vacancies across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information where required.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS/CRM system.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team performance objectives.
- Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and industry developments.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates across various levels and disciplines.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using recruitment databases, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems.
