Are you passionate about spices, retail, and leading a team? We’re looking for dynamic Supervisors to join our vibrant team in our Durban Stores in Kwazulu Natal.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays.
• Handle cash-ups, sales reports, and store administration.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
• maximise income streams for the store by introducing innovative ideas and merchandising of products.
• Upselling and increasing basket size, add on sales, describing nutritional information to customers to enhance store goals and targets.

• Previous retail or supervisory experience (spice/food retail an advantage)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
• Enthusiasm for spices, cooking, and creating great shopping experiences
• Grade 12 is a pre-requisite
• Supervisory Leadership Qualification.
• Microsoft office, MS Outlook, POS systems.
• Knowledge of spices, herbs and culinary ingredients.
• Ability to multitask, lead a small team, handle fast spaced environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
