Salespersons & Cashiers

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Salespersons and Cashiers to join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Positions are for Kwazulu Natal, Durban.

• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Handling cash, credit, and digital transactions, maintaining the checkout area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
• Ensure smooth checkout processes and uphold store policies.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice on spices and herbs.
• Drive sales and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure stock levels are managed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Educate customers on the uses and benefits of various spices and herbs.

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is a pre-requisite.
• Language: English as a first language (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years previous retail cashier experience - POS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cooking and culinary arts.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer focused.
