Creditors Clerk

Precision Group is a leading network of panel beating shops and towing services, dedicated to delivering high‑quality auto body repair services. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a skilled Debtors & Creditors Clerk with strong industry experience to join our group.

Manage GRV’s and Creditors accounts accurately and efficiently

• Process GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers) and ensure proper reconciliation
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of invoices, payments, and statements
• Handle account queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Assist with month‑end processes, filing and reporting
• Work closely with management to ensure smooth financial operations across multiple panel beating shop

Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk in the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of Pastel Accounting and Vantage systems
• Solid understanding of GRV processing and reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Matric
• Financial Qualification (advantageous)
