Senior Rep and Service Manager

A well-established and respected financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Group Benefits Senior Representative and Service Manager to join its Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong technical knowledge of group risk, retirement funds, medical aid, and employee benefits administration.

Relevant qualification in Finance, Employee Benefits, Business Administration, or a related field.

RE5 qualification advantageous.

Minimum 5 years' experience within Employee Benefits, Retirement Funds, Group Risk, or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of pension funds, provident funds, group life, disability, funeral, and medical aid products.

Excellent client relationship management skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry systems.

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
