Financial Manager

An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Financial Manager to lead its finance function and support business growth through sound financial management and commercial insight.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with operational involvement.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA, or equivalent) advantageous

Minimum 5-8 years' relevant financial management experience

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Experience managing a finance team

Advanced Excel skills

Experience working with ERP/accounting systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
