Yellow Machine/Earthmoving Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yellow Machine Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling earthmoving and heavy equipment to the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling excavators, loaders, ADTs, dozers, graders, cranes, and related heavy equipment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mining, construction, and plant hire clients.
  • Conduct site visits, equipment demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, and sales proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value equipment sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience selling earthmoving, construction, mining, or heavy equipment.
  • Strong understanding of yellow machines and their applications.
  • Proven sales track record with the ability to generate and close business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Computer literacy
  • Existing network within the mining, construction, or earthmoving industries will be advantageous.
