AI Governance & Change Management Analyst

Hollard Insurance

An exciting new opportunity has become available in our Group AI & Data Division.

We are looking to recruit an AI Governance & Change Management Analyst.

Bring structure to innovation. Turn AI ambition into governed, real-world impact.

If you’re the person who thrives on bringing clarity, discipline, and structure to complex, fast-moving environments — this role is for you.

At Hollard, our AI agenda is accelerating. From Generative AI to intelligent automation, we are building a governed, scalable portfolio of AI initiatives that will shape how we work, serve customers, and create value.

We’re looking for an AI Governance & Change Management Analyst to sit at the centre of this ecosystem — connecting business, delivery teams, and governance — ensuring that every AI use case is structured, compliant, and set up for success.

Why this role matters

  • You’ll bring order to a rapidly expanding AI landscape, ensuring every use case is captured, governed, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • You’ll enable responsible AI adoption, balancing innovation with governance, risk, and compliance.
  • You’ll be the connector across business, AI teams, and governance forums, turning ideas into structured, decision-ready initiatives.
  • You’ll help drive AI literacy, adoption, and enablement, ensuring teams don’t just experiment with AI — they embed it effectively.

What You’ll Do

You will operate at the heart of Hollard’s AI governance and delivery ecosystem, with a strong focus on coordination, quality, and execution:

  • Manage the AI use case lifecycle — from intake, structuring, and prioritisation to governance readiness and reporting
  • Maintain the enterprise AI repository, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate business case inputs and value tracking, enabling informed investment and prioritisation decisions
  • Drive pipeline visibility and DevOps alignment, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks across initiatives
  • Support governance readiness, ensuring documentation, risk inputs, and approvals meet required standards
  • Enable stakeholder engagement, guiding business units to define clear problem statements and AI opportunities
  • Coordinate AI adoption and enablement, including training, communications, and awareness initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, refining processes, templates, and governance practices
