SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational activities across multiple departments. Monitor workflows and ensure operational efficiency. Assist with project planning, implementation, and reporting. Manage schedules, resources, and operational documentation. Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Track key performance indicators and operational metrics. Support procurement, inventory, and asset management processes. Identify and implement process improvements. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years' experience in operations coordination or administration. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's licence and own transport. Skills & Competencies Excellent organisational and planning abilities. Strong attention to detail. Advanced reporting and administrative skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
