- Conduct outbound sales calls to UK customers and USA Customer Service
- Upsell and sell products/services
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Grade 11 or Matric certificate
- Minimum 1 year call centre experience
- UK Sales experience (Broadband, Gas & Electricity preferred)
- USA Customer Service or Call Centre experience advantageous
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, target-driven, and resilient
- Willing to work UK shifts, weekends, and public holidays
