Sales Rep and Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Part-Time Sales Representative & Educator to support our professional skincare distribution channels within KZN and surrounding regions. This hybrid role combines field sales, account management, and product education to ensure that our partner salons, clinics, spas, and stockists receive exceptional support, training, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, confident in training environments, and driven to grow business relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within KZN and surrounding areas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new stockists and professional partners.
  • Conduct regular store / clinic visits to review stock, merchandising, and product
  • performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and providing product recommendations.
  • Execute promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Education & Training

  • Deliver professional product training and refresher sessions to therapists, clinic staff, and new accounts (in-person and/or online).
  • Demonstrate product usage, treatment protocols, and brand philosophy confidently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of formulations, active ingredients, and industry trends.
  • Support the launch of new products through training and education rollouts.

Administration & Reporting

  • Submit weekly reports
  • Place orders with office
  • Management of ones diary
  • Handling consignment stockists if applicable.
  • Track stock levels and manage distribution requirements for displays, testers, and training materials.
  • Assist with stockist promo / activation days

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty therapy, or professional aesthetics.
  • Proven sales experience or account management background.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Beauty therapy diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in professional skincare brands or aesthetic clinics.
  • Knowledge of active skincare, treatments, and professional protocols.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Part-time / half-day working hours (flexible scheduling depending on business needs).
  • Field-based role with frequent travel across KZN and surrounding areas.
  • Occasional weekend or after-hours training/events may be required.
  • Fuel/travel allowance or company mileage policy applies
  • Reports To: Business Manager (JHB Head Office)
