Sales Representative

Doors Online (Pty) LTD

We are an established e-commerce business specialising in high-quality fire doors and related door products.

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help us turn inbound leads into loyal customers and grow our online sales.

You will be the key person responsible for following up with leads generated through our website, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other channels — closing sales through excellent communication, product knowledge, and a consultative approach.

Remote/Work from home position

Key responsibilities :

  • To contact and qualify warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls
  • To understand the customer needs and recommend the right door solutions (residential, commercial, industrial)
  • Provide on site inspections to ensure accuracy of dimensions and sizing requirements
  • Must be able to provide a full sales cycle and be able to handle any queries professionally and guide customers through the buying process
  • Process orders, manage follow-ups, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our e-commerce team to optimise conversion funnels
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM/system (XEro) and processing daily followups on previous quotes emailed to clients
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and common customer questions

A Minimum of 2-5 years experience within the door industry is non negotiable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Product knowledge and industry expertise
  • Must have excellent Technical skills, including knowledge of CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Excel experience is a must

Basic and commision structure based on experiance.
