Job Advert Summary
The CRM, Content & Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for managing customer communications, email marketing, content creation, CRM journeys and digital brand messaging across the Newmark Hotels & Reserves portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital communications.
- Experience working with CRM and email marketing platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating and managing email campaigns and customer journeys.
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and database marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and content management systems (CMS).
- Understanding of SEO content best practices.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage all email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment.
- Build and execute campaigns within Marketing Cloud CRM.
- Develop automated guest journeys and lifecycle communications.
- Manage segmentation and audience targeting strategies.
- Oversee pre-stay, in-stay and post-stay communications.
- Implement testing and optimisation programmes.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write and manage website copy, email content, and digital marketing materials.
- Create compelling campaign messaging that aligns with brand objectives.
- Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across all brands.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy and quality.
- Develop SEO-friendly content to support organic growth.
Digital Communications Management
- Manage content requirements across websites and digital platforms.
- Coordinate promotional messaging and campaign communication.
- Support new property launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints remain current and brand compliant.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Liaise with General Managers, Revenue teams and operational stakeholders.
- Coordinate content approvals and campaign deliverables.
- Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
- Support marketing initiatives across the portfolio.
